A: Yes, it is. My window is only about 24" wide, so I was worried these would be way to wide, but it looks great, and it doesn't look there is too much.

This valance is cute, but not the tops of cocoa flowers (oval parts) don't look quite like I thought they were going to look. They aren't completely filled in. However, they are still cute. I have a very narrow window (about 24" wide), and I was worried the 84" width was going to be too much for the window, but it was perfect, and if my window would have been standard width I'd probably want to use two. I found these exact valances online at another retailer for much more, so I was very happy with the price on these.
