Q: We have had this for 7 months and my son has loved it. Unfortunately now it doesn't work and we are outside the return window. Does the manucfacturer have a warranty or am I out hte $52 for this?

Q: Right out of the box, the PSI gauge is not working so it is impossible to determine the number of pumps needed for the different routes. Should I return it the store or is there a quick fix I can try?

A:Â You must pump it for more than a few seconds until the gauge moves. It's not instant. You also have to make sure the pump is all the way secured down into the base. If you have done these things, try exchanging your unit for a new one. If it's past the return date, please contact customer service at custserv@nsi-intl.com.

A:Â YES! You can push the button, then run and catch it. Kids definitely get active and away from screens with this toy! To see the approximate timing, try looking on Tik Tok for videos with the #allpropasser hashtag. A number of people demonstrate this.

Got this for my sons birthday , gave it a few tries and it worked perfect but by the 4 or 5th time it stopped working, checked everything and can’t seem to find why it won’t work , the pump doesn’t work anymore and won’t shoot out the ball, sucks because it was a birthday gift for my son :/ saved up for this too cause it wasn’t cheap and it broke in 1 day :(

Purchased 2 different units and neither would work consistently (they each worked <10% of attempts). Issues with electrical connection dropping, pass initiating but not moving to the release stage, and release but only just releasing (not launching). Tried different sets of batteries, following directions, changing order of buttons, etc; but nothign worked. Very discouraging for my son who received this as a birthday gift after waiting for almost a year; since before last christmas.

Breaks easily - We've unfortunately bought a few and they've all broke within a few uses. Either the motor stops or the part that pumps air pops. I would not recommend this product

We bought it for my son's birthday. Worked great for 2 days and broke. Brought it back to Target, got another one thinking the previous one was just a fluke. Played with the new 1 for a day and it broke, too. My son was very disappointed with both All Pro passer's.

Unfortunately this broke about a week after use. This is awesome when it's working, and was my son's favorite gift, but the football isn't very well made and brakes very easily, rendering the whole thing useless. I wouldn't recommend spending your money on this product.

I normally don't post reviews, but this toy is so bad it deserves to be removed from Target stores. I've purchased (and I mean purchased, not returned and gotten another) 3 of these launchers. They all fail within hours or days. The device will stop holding air or won't release the ball. I've tried batteries, I've tried not pumping it as much, and lastly I prayed to the football gods. Save your money and the frustration of your kids. negative stars do not buy!
