A:Â Hi boojames! The Blink Indoor Camera plugs in to power via the included power cable, and connects to WiFi in order to send video to the Blink Video app. You can receive motion alerts and check live video for free, but if you'd like to save recordings to the cloud there is a subscription. Hope that helps, have a great rest of your day!
A:Â Hi boojames! The Blink app is available on iOS, Android, and Amazon Fire tablets. You can download the app through your phone's app store and it's totally free. Additionally, the Blink website has these additional requirements. A valid email address. Note: You will use this email in the event of a password reset, for communication with us regarding any issues, and for receiving time-limited account confirmation codes. Please be sure it is easily accessible. A non-cellular 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (name and password) and high-speed Internet connection (DSL, Cable, Fiber) with a minimum 2 Mbit/sec upload speed. Unfortunately, due to high latency issues, we do not recommend using Blink with Satellite providers. Note: Blink products are unable to gain internet access on networks that require authentication through a third-party login website. I would suggest downloading the app on your phone and verifying you can set up an account and that it works before purchasing anything. Hope that helps, have a great day!

A:Â The blink App can be downloaded on a mobile smartphone device or tablet.
A:Â Hello, All Blink Systems/Kits will include a sync module. Only the Blink Mini and "add-on" cameras will come without a module.
A:Â Hello, janrae! Thank you for your question about the Blink cameras! No, you do not need Alexa for these to work. You can set up the cameras by themselves and view them on your phone. Alexa is helpful if you want to pull up your camera on an Echo Show device or a Fire TV device. I hope that helps!
