The sound quality is alright. nothing special. but the biggest complaint is the fit. i cant get these to stay on to save my life regardless of which size tips i put on them. also the controls arent easy to deal with. fast forwarding/rewinding, pausing, skipping, other earbuds are a lot better at it.

The first time he tried to use them, we found that they had been a return and were linked to another person’s Apple ID account. It appears that my AirPod Pros 1st Gen have exhibited the exact same issue as listed in many forums about massive static issues that make the product unusable and have been identified as being manufactured in October 2020 and prior. Unfortunately, I was rejected by the Genius bar in Thousand Oaks, CA as my set of AirPod Pros were manufactured in November of 2020 rather than October of 2020. To fix their "geniuses" asked for $180. Is this doing the right thing? https://youtu.be/OyR_niIpiwc If they're going to nickel and dime their manufacturing issues they won't just get customers who won't come back. They'll get customers who will respond and spread vitriol. I don't mind watching that when a corporation deserves it.
