This lamp is not a high quality product. The lamp shade holder piece was all bent and the top which screws on to hold the shade was stripped so it made the lamp crooked. It has been one problem after another with getting this lamp. The first one came without the ball that holds the shade on. I’m off of Target in general at this point. I have received no satisfaction from customer service either!

COMPLETELY DESTROYED whoever packed these and thought that's good is a complete moron or utterly lazy and should be fired. both were broken and bent to bits. Now we have to go out of our way to return them when all it would have taken was a little effort to package them securely what a waste.
