Please don't buy this computer. Save the money until you can afford something nicer and go far far away from this one. Its absolutely horrible... it can't even run a single thing without lagging and freezing up. Not even its own pre-loaded apps. It'll completely lag out doing the simplest things imaginable and takes forever to boot up. This computer, as it has done to me, will lead you into extensive frustration. The build quality is also garbage. Its a garbage computer inside and out.

It worked okay at first, now it barely turns on, won’t hold a charge, and runs extremely slow. I wouldn’t buy for my toddler. I’m extremely disappointed in this product.

I like the size of the laptop and the screen folds flat, The computer slows down after a year of use. It gets very slow and laggy. The screws on the bottom dont stay in. It has a calculator on the touch screen that constantly turns on and is annoying because a calculator will pop up on the screen interrupting what you do. I dont reccomend this if your using it for school or anything other then basic use

Low quality, cheaply built, false advertising, dont recommend

So maybe 2 years ago, I bought this laptop. It was maybe $250 total with warranty and on the box it said it was good for doing office work and gaming. Adding on top of that, it never came with fans to cool the CPU which means it gets very hot and it actually warped itself because of this. My charging cord went out a few months ago and I tried returning my laptop and the customer service was HORRIBLE. I never got it fixed, replaced, or anything. Had to replace it and somehow the cord I got for $35 on Amazon worked better than the original charging cord. A few weeks ago, my battery gave out. And when I ordered a new battery and tried to replace it, we found that the battery connector was superglued to the connecter on the motherboard. I don't think I will EVER by another Asus product again. Overall, don't buy it, waste of money, and time. (Extra note: it did not have 64gb as said on the box, it had 56.5 and that goes down really quick even with 2 apps)

This laptop is exactly what I wanted. It is the perfect alternative to a tablet except no touch screen (which I didn’t want) Weighs under 3 lbs, long battery life, 14 inch screen, thin, nice backlit keyboard and is a running Microsoft Windows not google chrome. Perfect portable laptop. I read the reviews before I bought it… yes at first it is slow it needs to update everything then I took it out of S mode, did more updates and use windows defender which is built in. For additional storage I use Microsoft onedrive and one of my flash drives. The laptop runs great and does what I need… e-mail, Skype, remote control a work computer, banking, web browsing, music, movies, etc.

Super slow from day 1, all day windows just keep doing update. There's no one day the laptop can run at normal speed. You can't even browse 1 page of internet normally with this garbage laptop

Asus is great brand so I’m not gonna beat them under a bus because of this laptop but when it takes you 20 to 30 minutes to get a single website to come out and you literally just purchased the laptop it was not like you have a ton of things going on with it that is insanity. I am literally sitting right beside my Wi-Fi connection and always have since I got this laptop and it is a pain in the royal, you know what. Every function on this function on this computer takes upwards of an hour or more to get done for a 15 minute task or (JOB) and let me be the one to tell you I literally have nothing on it yet so there’s no reason or anything on it that should slow it down I don’t even have a lot of windows up in order to get one window up. It takes at least 20 to 30 minutes. That is insane, the torment that laptop top has given me in the past two weeks. I wouldn’t even pay a dollar for it. I wouldn’t even want it for free was even more frustrating is I would like to give it a -5 stars if you get this you cannot say you have not been warned because I’m sitting here thinking it’s me, but almost every other review has been the same! As soon as the doors open, I will be standing there the very first customer to return this piece of junk ! And by the way, it says, what did you like or dislike? There is not absolutely one thing I like about this laptop other than the color.

Absolute junk…. I realize it’s a low priced computer. I simply needed it for a separate email application and online bill pay. This thing is super slow,shuts down, freezes and is slower than dial up. It’s garbage.
