You can choose to use the Wink in Bassinet mode with all walls in a secured upright position and easily move it from room to room. You can also choose to use the Wink in Bedside Sleeper mode by securing it to your own bed with the included safety anchors. After securing it, simply unzip the side wall closest to your bed giving you access to your little one all throughout the night. A: Hi Chin, thank you for your question. The Beside Me Wink does have the ability to gently rock but it is not the intention of this bassinet and will not rock or sway on its own. Rather, it allows for these motions more as a convenience to sooth baby.

A: Hi Jess, great question. The lowest setting for the bassinet puts the base of the mattress pad at 13" off the ground therefor, any setting higher than this would be perfect for you mattress! Hope this helps!

A: Hi Lindsey, great question! We do not suggest adding extra padding to the top of the mattress, as this can be hazardous to your little one. The mattress is flat and firm to ensure the safety of your babe :)

We do have two other options that may better suit you- Go With Me™ Slumber Deluxe Portable Rocking Bassinet – Charcoal Tweed or the Beside Me™ Doze Deluxe Bedside Bassinet – Pebble Grey!

Was looking for an all mesh bedside sleeper for a reasonable price. So happy I found this one. Sturdy, easy to build, and looks great in my bedroom. My daughter is only a few days old and prefers my arms but when I can finally lay her down she seems comfortable in this!

I like that the bassinet is lightweight and not bulky but that’s really all I like. It is not very sturdy. The bassinet tilts to the sides so it causes baby to roll over up against the mesh siding. At first I though baby just liked sleeping in his side but then I realized the bassinet tilts. My husband has tried everything to secure it from tilting but has had no success. The bassinet also rocks very easily front and back. The mattress is very hard. I know babies need a firm mattress but it feels like a thick piece of cardboard, even with a lightly padded mattress cover. My son does not like laying in here at all, and will only lay in for 5-10 minutes before he starts crying (and he does fine in his actual crib and our pack n play). The main reason I wanted this for my registry was because it wasn’t bulky, had good reviews, and didn’t have eight million bells and whistles like everything. I wanted something simple. I am disappointed in the sturdiness/quality of the bassinet. I plan to buy a different one as I enjoy cosleeping and would like to have something for any other babies we may have in the future.

I wanted to love it but the right leg won’t stay locked in place on the top level it keeps falling down, which would be extremely unsafe to put a baby in.

We have been using this for the past 3 months and are very disappointed! The creaking and swaying are incredibly loud and jarring and actually wake the baby up rather than help him to sleep. The heights are also very restrictive- it does not go up high enough to be used next to the bed and we have a normal height mattress.

We had it all assembled it 10 minutes, it's adjustable height makes it easy to get level with our bed. The side comes down for easy feeding in the middle of the night. It's soft and comfortable and the mesh makes for great airflow.

This was the 2nd bassinet purchase that my husband and I made through Target. The first one seemed very unsafe and was returned and replaced by this one. On removing the product from the box for assembly, it was clear that it was already damaged. One of the legs that was supposed to be attached was not and had a broken plastic piece inside the leg that would not allow for it to be reinserted. The small, metal pin used to hold the adjustable height setting on the leg was also bent and did not seem sturdy at all. The pieces themselves looked like they could easily break again if the same bassinet was purchased to replace this damaged one. For safety reasons, my husband and I decided to return it and continue to research a safer sleeping option. The product also had multiple dents as well in the framework.

I really wanted to like this, but it feels really unstable/flimsy and arrived damaged. A broken piece of metal fell out of one of the legs when we opened it, and that same leg wouldn’t lock into place. Also the leg placement doesn’t appear to be very stable either. Will be returning.

I just got my bassinet today and while putting it together I notice the left leg does not lock so when picking up the bassinet it detaches and I have to keep putting it together. Which is not safe for my baby. I would like a new one sent out to me or a refund but other than that it’s nice and beautiful

The side dropped down to be easily accessible. The #1 feature is that this attaches to the bed and anchors so that you can't accidentally push it away or knock it over. Fantastic design!

I received this bassinet as a baby shower gift as I put it on my registry because the reviews were really good and I was excited about having my baby close to my bed. However, every time I go to get my baby from the bassinet after sleeping he is against the side of the bassinet. I realized the bassinet is tilted and not level with the ground. I’ve tried everything to fix it including reassembling it but I think this bassinet is defective. It’s very unsafe for my son because it allows for him to roll on to his belly easier increasing the risk of SIDS. I am very unhappy with this bassinet.

You don’t have to worry about the baby with co sleeping because the baby is in a safe bed if it’s own, yet still right beside you. It’s also great that it can be a normal bassinet for safe napping during the day time. I really like this a lot it’s extremely durable and not wobbly like some others.

Works good, the legs on the bassinet will make you trip or stub your toe badly occasionally and it wasn't leveled when putting it together we had to put stuff under one side of the mat

Right away he slept so much better in it. The mattress doesn’t make any noise when he moves and it seems comfortable. The mattress is at a perfect height and it’s easy to pick him up from it. The sides of the bassinet are mostly mesh and I’m able to see him through it while in my bed. The height of the bassinet is adjustable to a variety different heights from the sides. It could also be attached to my bed with anchors and at the same height as my bed.

Love this bassinet! With our first two children we had the halo and they hated it. Figured I’d try a new bassinet with our third and it’s a keeper. Our baby loves sleeping in it. He’s currently 4 weeks old, and sleeps through the night. I especially like the fact that you can lower the front and pull it right up to your bed for easy feedings. The only downside I’d say is I wish it came with wheels for easy moving back and forth. Aside from that it’s a great price and wonderful product.

I am so glad, however I do wish it was a little easier to put up and put down. I thought I could lower it quickly, but it does seem to take a bit of effort. Not the easiest thing to put the side back up or take down without the little one waking up. It’s possible, just takes a bit of effort. It was fairly easy to put together other than the pictures with the directions not being very clear. I do love that it requires no tools, however.
