A: Thank you for the question! Play mat – Remove toy bar assembly, piano and piano legs, and toys before washing. Machine wash with cold water; gentle cycle; no bleach. Air dry flat. Toy bar assembly and toys – Wipe clean with damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Do not immerse in water. To reassemble gym – Connect the A-hook at the ends of the toy bars to the fabric loops on the bottom corners of the play mat.

After a few weeks, the Velcro holding the overhead bars together does not stick well which means your baby is in danger of being knocked on the head by the bars and various hanging toys while playing if someone brushes past or the baby kicks the bar while playing. The fabric on the mat is slick so baby slides and when kicking to play the piano the piano doesn’t stay in place so it moves away from baby. The play gym comes with a tummy time pillow but you can use it on the play mat because it slides out from under the baby.

I like the functions on this playmat; however, anytime my 5 month old tries to pull at the toys hanging overtop, it collapses. It needs constant adjustment and it is put together properly so I’m confused as to what is causing this. Overall I like this may, just requires more maintenance than I anticipated.

At first we loved it, my 3 month old son loved all the toys that comes with the play gym and lights on the piano but exactly 1 month later piano started glitching hard and sometimes didn’t even play with he would kick it. Just save yourself the time and money and buy the Fisher-Price Deluxe Kick & Play Piano Gym So far I have no issue with piano and it’s cheaper

Have had this toy for about 8 months now. Bought mat for newborn/infant play and now that my little guy is 8 months, just have the piano set up like a keyboard so he can sit with his legs underneath and play. He has loved it even more at this stage. My biggest complaint and the reason I’m leaving this review, is that the piano/keyboard legs come loose and eventually unscrewed numerous times a day. Yes, it’s annoying to have to tighten the plastic screws repeatedly but it also makes the toy a little unsafe at this phase because baby likes to put his weight onto the piano while learning to stand and maneuver around it.

Its a good mat It definately keeps children intertained but the high volume mode started glitching now my baby can only hear it in low volume and one side of the keyboard keeps unscreewing not often but has a couple of times since I bought it about two months ago
