Q: is this a single harvest or will it regrow after the initial cutting?

A:Â Hi Darrell! We guarantee one full, successful harvest, but we encourage experimentation if you want to try and get your kit to reproduce (if you do, we would love to see your results). However, in general, microgreens usually only have enough energy for one grow. Some microgreens have been known to regrow after your first harvest (I had luck with pea shoots). A:Â Hi Melfem! It's best to compost the soil after you grow, but you can reuse the tray when the old plant matter is removed. Each kit will include two trays, germination covers, seeds, and soil.
