Q: Do you have to charge it?If you do have to charge it how long will it last?
A: Yes they have to be charged, however a 5 minute charge gives you up to 3 hours of listening time. To fully charge it takes about an hour and you get up to 40 hours of usage.

Q: Do these headphones come with any type of warranty.
A: i am pretty sure you can purchase that extra but i purchased a pair and had to take them back 2 months later and they took them pack
