A:Â Hi, we suggest washing them by hand and then allowing them to air dry. You could put them in the washer on a gentle cycle in a garment bag, but do not put them in the dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is 1 purchase I could have went without. The larger mit isn't so bad but the small face applicator was hard to use and left me streaky. If you don't want to use your hands then try using the kabuki brush instead. The exfoliating gloves are good to use but I find that moisturizing places like knees, feet and elbows prevent product build up and rubbing the product in with your hands and then washing them well is the best method.

The kit also contains a scrubby mitt that you use in the shower to exfoliate your skin prior to applying the self-tanner. I love how it makes me feel like I'm not ghost white anymore, lol. I only gave it four stars though because the tan doesn't last as long as I'd hoped it would around my face, neck and chest. I have a skincare routine that I stick with which is what seems to be taking off my tan, but I can't stop my skincare to make the tan last longer.
