Q: Item arrived smelling a little moldy. I washed the inner liner and wiped down the basket but the smell on the material is still there. Is that a temporary smell? Off gassing? Or another problem?

A: Hi Dot - please note the divider is sewn into the liner so it can not be removed or taken out. Although the divider is not removable, the liner is! You are more than able to remove the liner and replace it with your own to make it one

I have been trying to separate dirty clothes in my hamper after I wear them so I don't have to take time doing it right before I am ready to wash them, but my hamper is not too big and the clothes have been getting mixed together. This hamper is larger than an average hamper and makes laundry more convenient by having a divider to separate the dirty clothes. It also has handles if you want to carry it to your washing machine instead of putting them in a clothes basket. If you don't have much space in your home, the empty hamper flattens out and can be put against a wall or under the bed.

Hamper is open at the bottom (portion sitting on the floor). Interior fabric is what touches the floor. However, fabric is so flimsy that it is always falling into hamper. Therefore, clothes are essentially on the floor. Do not recommend.

This was really looking perfect and it just fit the space perfectly. It's a perfect size, perfect for our family of 5, it holds so much more than it looks like it would! And the compartments are great, throwing dirty towels in one side and clothes in the other so I can easily manage laundry better. It looks so good too. It fits inside the little cubby under our towels perfectly. It's making my life easier, which is something I really appreciate.
