Great for spot cleaning or even cleaning carpet on stairs. This machine is small but it definitely gets the gunk out

The part on the bottom of the clean solution tank leaks so bad I can't use that tank. I spray solution on the surface I want to clean and use the suction brush to clean the area. The suction power is amazing but it's such a leaky mess. I'm so sad that I gave one of these for a wedding gift and purchased one for myself. I hope they don't have the same issue that I have.

I use to have the older version and worked great. But I had to order a new one and it leaks from the bottom like crazy ! It does its job to clean but does cause leakage .

Wanted something for our apartment that could be used for the sofa & rugs. The machine went together well, but the clean water tank leaks via a hole in the plug/valve, irrespective of tightening. This leaves a trail of slick, soapy water behind the machine — or under it as you use it. It's also very loud: much louder than my Dyson vacuum cleaner. It did an OK job cleaning but not convinced it's much better than some good stain removal spray and a gentle scrub. The sofa is still damp hours later, even when going gentle on the spray.

It didn’t work as I expected it would. It did not fully take out the stain. The smell of the cleaner isn’t my favorite.

It cleans well but you have to push down pretty hard on what you’re cleaning to get the moisture up. You really have to agitate the fabric to get the water sucked up. It has been very effective getting pet stains out of our couch and bed.

I wanted to love this… but the one star reviews are accurate. Very little suction and it sprays backwards at your hand on the handle when trying to spray.

This machine has no suction. I went over the same small spot on my rug for half an hour and it was still soaking wet and stained. I tried doing my couch and the bristles destroyed the fabric. My couch is now ruined and it didn’t clean a thing. There was hardly any dirty water in the tank after using all of the clean water.

It didn’t clean that well - still had to go out and rent one to clean stairs and area carpet - after 3 swipes still looked dirty

NO suction at all, and it was leaking.

The suction was not strong enough at all! I used all of the clean water and barely had any dirty water collected. I will be returning

I bought it and it was already used. It literally had dirty water in it and the solution bottle had a silt in the bottom. It leaked all over my clothes and carpet. The box was completely taped closed.
