A: Good question. This model doesn't have a built in heater. Heatwave Technology helps maintain the water temperature throughout the cleaning process as you loosen and remove tough stains.

A: I don't think so. First it doesn't heat the water despite what it says on the ad. Second, the suction is not that great. You would be better off just spraying the mattress and using a small wet vac with far more suction that you can buy at HD for 21.00. I bought this because i thought it heated the water. It leaves the carpet way to wet and I consider it false advertising to say it heats up. I took it back and got the Bissell Little Green Machine that actually does heat the water for a few dollars more.

Q: I own my own mobile detailing business. Will this machine work for cleaning seats and carpet in vehicles? Also is there a feature to use with or without heat...and can it be used on leather seats?

A: We don't recommend this product for commercial use, but for residential use it does work well for cleaning cloth and carpet in vehicles. It's not recommended for leather.

Bought this and used it 4 times before it stopped working. Would have SUPER low suction power then boom no suction at all. Waste of money. Made me mad so I threw on the floor about 10 times. This thing is a piece of junk. NEVER buying this brand ever again. Now its in pieces and in the trash. That is how this product should be and stay. In the trash...

I just got this product. So I can only speak to first impressions and so far I have only used it on my cream colored couch. So first things first, I will try this on carpet and maybe it works a little better but I think Proheat should be removed from the name. There is no heat, no warmth, the water is cold/lukewarm at best. Most of the reason I wanted this product was due to that factor. Your essentially spraying on cleaner then using a wet dry vac to suck it up. The suction is also extremely poor. You would think a vacuum company would at least be able to do that. The design is also poor. Either wheels should have been added or it should have been designed to be less bottom heavy. Every time you move it slightly while cleaning it topples over. Not a big deal, but definitely a design flaw that could have been easily corrected. I have been cleaning since the age of 8. I have cleaned professionally and take great joy in cleaning personally. I would not recommend this product to anyone. They were almost there but not quite.

Easy to use, liked that water stayed warm. When I removed dirty water tank it dumped all over my carpet and into machine motor and fan. After researching, the ring that is to lock on bottom was missing. Now I'm cleaning concentrated dirty (cat urine). Extremely disappointed.

The parts on this product are very cheap and break easily. Bissell has great customer service but unfortunately, their products are cheap. I bought a vacuum and the little green pro spot cleaner and have had to have both replaced in the first year. The parts are not replaceable outside of having to take it in to a service center? The hose on the little green pro broke open twice for me and they only would replace it once and you have to replace the whole machine rather than being able to replace just the hose. So now I will buy a spot cleaner from another company.

Got it as a gift and I barely use it because it’s such a pain. For some reason, the side with the dirty water always leaks, and the side with the solution/clean water leaks. I reached out to Bissell and there I guess is not any warranty that can help me. I use it maybe 5 times a year solely because of the leak.

It’s taken me months to write this review because I wanted to use the product a few times. I LOVE my green machine! I originally bought it when I bought my white couch just in case I ever spilled something on it and of course, I did. I brought out my green machine and within seconds the stain was gone. Easy peasy. I then ended up buying used kitchen chairs that were upholstered with cloth. Thankfully I had my green machine! Watching all the unseen dirt and germs pile up in the dirty water side was so satisfying. I now feel fine buying used things because I know my machine will clean it and my white couch is just as beautiful as the day I bought it because of this machine. No regrets at all!

Is it noisy? Yes. Does it leak a little? Sometimes. Would I buy it again? 100%!!! This little thing packs the punch. I thought I needed new rugs, new fabric swivel chairs, new carpet. Nope! The dog pee smell is gone. I’m amazed!

Bought new, when assembling it I found that the button to hold the attachment on the hose is pushed down to where it will not hold the attachment. Returned it for a different one and it had the same problem. This is obviously a manufacturing problem that quality control is not catching.

Lack of suction, exhaust on bottom and hose/cord length leave alot to be desired. Got ot to help spot clean but i had to make sure the unit was on a solid surface when using

If I could give zero stars I would. The suction on this is pitiful. You are better off just spraying cleaner and using towels to dab it up. Utterly passed because I’m outside of the return window and now have an expensive piece of garbage. This was supposed to be better than the original green machine I had for years that sadly broke after over ten years of having it. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Don’t waste your money!!
