The BISSELL PowerFresh Slim Steam Mop provides a superior clean both on and above your floors, converting from an upright steam mop to an extended reach surface cleaner to a portable handheld steam cleaner. Safe to use on all sealed hard floors such as hardwood, ceramic, granite, and marble, and the on-demand steam trigger allows you to dispense just the right amount of steam onto your floors. Steam clean multiple surfaces in your home with a variety of tools that can be used universally on both the extension wand and handheld steam cleaner. Q: Can you please tell me the temperature of the steam? I am comparing with another brand/ model to see if this gets hot enough for my use.

I bought this mostly to clean my bathroom but I don't find myself reaching for it very often due to a few issues. 1. The attachments love to fall off. They swap by rotation and by just using the tool like normal, the attachments naturally rotate and fall off the machine. 2. The steam isn't pressurized. I didn't realized that this would make such a big difference but because the steam isn't forced from the machine, it's not at powerful to "pressure wash" away grime. You really have to scrub at it which is an issue because the attachments fall off. 3. It's quite cumbersome. This version doesn't have a flexible hose so you need to lift the entire machine in awkward positions to get in tight spaces. The machine itself is light enough, but not comfortable to hold in the air for several minutes. You also have to continually pull the trigger to get steam. Overall, it works as advertised but there are several design flaws that would prevent me from recommending this to a friend.

I didnt use the product often and was surprised it stopped working after a couple of years. Contacted Bissell and, because it was out of warranty, offered me 20% off another one. Bit too pricey to be buying them every coupe of years. No thanks.

Used this today, it did the job wonderfully for our grouted tile floors. It would have cost us $900 to have a service come do the same thing. You will want to head to the bissell site to order some extra grout brushes as they wear down really quickly and we had to replace alerady (buy these - Model No 1606714 Grout Brush for Powerfresh Lift-Off Steam Mop)

This mop worked well at first but then stopped producing steam. I cleaned the filter, and it will maybe work once again but the next time I try to use it there is no steam. It's now completely unreliable and I'm ready to toss it.

Doesn't seem to steam that much. VERY uncomfortable to hold the steam button down constantly. You have to hold it all the way in to get any reaction. Does a fairly decent job of the floor. I will probably go back to my spin mop and vinegar water which is less tiring.

I bought this item to reduce cleaning appliances taking up room in our over crowded apartment (for floors and bathroom primarily). I was initially impressed but that soon faded. The pod is really too heavy to scrub with despite the handy grout tool (Really needs a flexible extension hose so you can rest it while scrubbing). In addition my heads are twisting off mid use and while in use and while cleaning a surface one of my attachments cracked where it connects.

I am new to it! I gave it a try even with the reviews not being so good. and well, first day trying it and I am so disappointed. holding the handle didn't become annoying because it got so HOT I couldn't hold on to it then, I got burned by the HOT steam leaking on my hand? I have not read this from anyone else?? so what happened? a defect or damage by delivery #Amazon

Cleans tile grout very well, and then cleans the tile floor to make it look like new! Great for other cleaning chores such as dirty areas around door knobs or drawer pulls. Easy to use and to change attachments.
