A: I purchased it and of course dimensions are 12x12x8. When I confronted support they droped the call. Great service and lying company. Let's do law suit.

The turntable is 10 1/2" in diameter. The turntable of my previous microwave which was about the same external size as this one was 12". I will probably be returning this.

Have had this microwave for a little over a year. As of recently, it's begun taking 50% longer to heat up the same things I've always eaten. Some things simply won't cook evenly; I'll have a burrito that's busted open with the filling coming out of one end, while the other end is ice-cold still. Disappointed with this trash. Wasted my money. Won't buy from a brand that stands behind selling cheap trash.

I am so surprise with Black & Decker. I brought this microwave because my other one went out after 6 yrs., and Black & Decker has been around for a long time. I am so disappointed, because this microwave lasted less than 6 months. I brought the microwave in late July/2023 and now it is late August/2023. The microwave do not heat up any thing, your food is cold as when you put it in the microwave, waist of money, taking it back.

I bought this unit and when I took it home the bottom of the unit was physically bent and did not sit flush on my counter top. Target returned and re-sold me the same unit. I asked customer service to help me open the second unit in store to make sure it was not damaged and they did. However when I took it home it just doesn’t heat anything up, all the lights and buttons work but whatever it is that actually heats food doesn’t work. What a waste of time, I will be returning it one final time and not purchasing a black and decker unit. What happened to quality control? My guess is this does not exist anymore at black and decker….

Won't start cooking. When I press the timer and start, the start button works fine. I followed the directions in the instruction booklet to cook, but no matter how many times I press start, it will not start to cook. I'm so frustrated! This isn't the first or tenth time I've gotten something faulty from target! Targets quality is getting really really bad. Also it came coated in a weird oily substance.

This microwave is 2 years old. The ring in the photo is not food. We started hearing popping like something metal was inside. When we opened the door and took all the stuff out the finish had started bubbling. This is a burn ring on the bottom where the finish has peeled up. Have never had this happen in any microwave. Thank God it didn't burn the house down.

I've had this microwave less than 2 weeks and it is already broken! I have probably used it about 10 times so far, and today it stopped functioning due to a faulty door latch. I know this is not an expensive microwave, but it should have lasted longer than this. Don't waste your money, buy a different one.

I just bought this microwave and it heats fine so far, but it slides on the counter. When I spoke with customer service they said I would need to purchase a rubber mat. My previous countertop microwave already had rubber on the bottom four corners and I didn't have this issue. I didn't expect poor quality from B&D.
