These are terrible. The bluetooth wouldn't establish a reliable connection right out of the box, kept booping in and booping out on a cycle like every thirty seconds, so I couldn't listen to anything and couldn't even connect them to the app to see if I could download a firmware update or something to fix them. I can't believe they sell you $400 headphones and they literally don't work. I bought them at an airport so I can't practically return them without flying to a distant city, so I'm stuck making a warranty claim, which means I'll get refurbished ones back. So pay $400, don't work at all, stuck with used ones. Really, really lame. Bose has really fallen off.

I have used these headphones nightly for around 6 months now and here is every pro and con for them. PROS -Fantastic noise cancelling -The sound quality is rich and sharp -Overall comfortable for long use times -Aesthetically pleasing -Charges fairly quickly -“CAN” have a long battery charge (see cons) CONS -Would have random static from time to time -The battery went out on my originally purchased pair after only a couple months (Bose sent a new pair since it fell under the 1yr warranty) AND still have incorrect battery % problems on the new pair -If you brush up against the right ear it interrupts the sound to announce the battery or will start playing your music -Headphones feel fragile -The Bose music app is literally the worst Overall I want to love these headphones because they are good headphones but are missing qualities that make them great. For the price, I shouldn’t have already had to get a replacement pair. These headphones have a major battery problem that needs to be fixed. I still use them nightly but I don’t know if I would buy another pair after these.

Product was packaged great. They were delivered fast. I am disappointed that there are no instructions or a sheet saying where to go to download or view them. Also I like to registrar my products so if there is a problem you have the exact product and can track a pattern in the quality.

I wanted the Beats Studio 3 for the H1 chip and ease of connectivity between apple devices but their ANC was just not enough for my autistic sensory needs. So I’m willing to put up with a slightly clunky interface for the great upgrade in ANC. Sometimes the noise cuts out randomly. But it’s short and only mildly annoying.

used QC phones for many years. These are upgrade, but has trouble when i am bluetooth teleconfercnce such as zoom, and iphone also connected. when phone sends a notification to phones during teleconference the mic seems to cut out, and can no longer be heard clearly on the zoom.

Be aware that walls, doors, large materials etc, can impede on this range so if you experience static, move the headphones closer to the media device. This is normal behavior for a Bluetooth device.
