While the earbuds are true wireless headphones, meaning audio is sent to the right primary bud, then to the secondary bud, audio will play in sync as intended from the connected source device. Bose Sport Earbuds are not studio reference headphones, and therefore may be unable to produce extremely high or low frequencies that may be used with binaural beats.

I love the sound quality on these, and everything I listened to sounded great! Today I was doing dishes, one slipped out of my ear and hit the kitchen floor. Now it flashes white and red and will not play music. Customer support gave me a link of troubleshooting tips, none of which worked, and my warranty was expired so no repair/replacement. All I was offered was $30 off a new pair. I have owned these for 6 months and this is the one and only time I have dropped one - be careful!

Will not go back to other head phones. Sound quality and comfort are great. Only gripe is that you can't use the left bud if the right is charging. Seems silly but extremely annoying if you always have them on. Other then that you couldn't pry them out of my hands with a pry bar

I bought the Sport Earbuds in November 2022, and shortly after using them, it became really hard to get the right earbud to connect to bluetooth. I had to keep resettting them, turning my phones' bluetooth off and back on, only to sometimes have the right earbud connect. Now, the right earbud never connects. Brand new earbuds, now out of warranty, essentially useless. WAS A BIG BOSE FAN, NEVER PURCHASING AGAIN. Poor customer service.

Poor syncing between earbuds

I've had these earbuds for about a month and the right ear consistently does not sync. I have to take them in and out of my ears 3 to 4 times. Then put them back in the base and restart. Outside of them not working properly, everything else is fine.
