We watched Dark Waters about the horrible PFAs and other forever chemicals; and I wanted a pan that food would not stick to but also would be healthy. These pans are truly amazing. Easy to clean! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is good and non-stick works well with eggs and sauteed meat, I haven’t tried it with anything else. it’s seems like a solid pan and the finish was flawless as far as I could tell. It takes a little more than 90 seconds to pre-heat in my opinion using a gas burner, I put a bit olive oil in it from the start.I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s not dishwasher friendly and I would use it more if it was. The pan is heavy and some work and a few minutes to hand wash it in the sink.
