The lamp is a pretty neutral cream color with a great texture. I love the size for end tables flanking my sofa. I love the dimmer switch! The downside is the shade is crooked and too stark white- it looks a little cheap in my opinion. So I’ll be purchasing a natural linen shade to make it look more upscale and pretty.

I absolutely love these lamps. I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews. A dimming bulb is necessary & required so be sure to get these special dimming bulbs for these lamps or the buzzing sound and flickering will occur as noted by other reviews. I adore Studio McGee and their amazing designer collection. These lamps are probably the nicest thing I’ve bought from Target so far! We bought two for our bedside nightstands. I love the large scale and heavy-weight quality, as well as the texture of the lamp bases. The dimming feature is convenient and allows for me to keep my light on to read while my husband turns his off. Thank you Target & Studio McGee for these amazing and affordable lamps! If your hesitating because of the reviews, just buy them and be sure to buy the *dimmable bulbs.* They also complement the Casaluna bedding collection very nicely.

I didn’t expect this to be dimmable (I didn’t read the description before buying). I just liked the way it looked. Let me tell you, the construction and materials are solid in this piece. The dimmable knob feels sturdy and solid. I LOVE the fact it’s dimmable and you can hide the cord up in the lamp too! Love love love this lamp!!

Pretty bummed about this one. I was so excited when I got home and set this lamp up but once I put a bulb in, I realized there is an issue with it. The light flickers and makes a buzzing noise. I wish I had read other reviews about this issue; I would have passed on buying it if I had known. Looks like I’ll sadly be returning this one.

Love this lamp! It’s sleek and love the texture on it. I didn’t realize it was dimmable so the first time I plugged it in the light was constantly flickering but once I switched to a dimmable bulb it stopped. So glad too because I sure didn’t want to look for another lamp.
