Q: The spring is kind of broken. the lid can not stand up and it would not close because the spring stuck and it poke a deep hole dent on the lid. how can I fix the spring or it needs a new spring? Thank you Mai

A: Hi Didi! We have tested the Harmony toy box F09450 internally with a weight of 50 pounds and there was no damage or stress to the bottom. Hope this helps!

Does not hold up. Considering it is a KID’S toy box, it is not built to last or to withstand usage. The hinges to open and close the box make it very hard to do so. Very dangerous for children because it’s really hard to open/close sometimes and then other times the hinge will give out. Not worth the money.

Seems like a quality piece but it unfortunately didn’t even make its way out of the box. We ordered the brown, which looked like a nice, light color that would match the rest of our furniture. The color is 1000% not the same as pictured. It’s actually horrible and is like a chocolate brown. Will be returning immediately. Super disappointed

This was a piece of cake to put together. With the help of a drill, which made the process much quicker, it took me about 30 minutes. It's a sturdy piece of furniture which can fit a large quantity of toys. Several of my daughter's (16" or so?) dragons and many of her magna tiles are sitting in there comfortably right now. I am back on to buy another for her room!

The eclectic gray is very brown, like espresso brown and not gray at all. We will be returning this item. Very disappointing!

Overall a nice buy for the price. My one issue was the color (I purchased eclectic gray). It was dark brown without even the slightest tint of gray to it. I’d have probably purchased a different color if I had known. Photos just do not properly represent it.

The construction wasn't too hard as long as you line up the holes and take account for that before tightening screws. At first glance it looked pretty small but it actually holds a lot. I'm not sure as to how it'll stand up to wear and tear, but given the price, I wouldn't expect a solid wood piece either. The color is much darker than I would have thought. I bought Eclectic gray, and its more of a brown with a grey hue. Overall, I'm happy to have gotten something very affordable and was sent relatively fast.

I love this toy box. Definitely not the easiest assembly job but it is sturdy and good looking toy box especially for the price. I love that the lid stays open and won’t slam on my sweet little guy’s fingers.

It's a good toy chest. Some of the holes didn't line up when putting it together and that caused it to be difficult to construct. I could see a lot of people not being able to figure this out. With a little maneuvering and force - I was able to make it work. Other than that, it really was easy to setup, and it works really well. It doesn't slam shut and is pretty spacious!
