Works!

I've used just about every type of cold sore medicine out there. Some work okay, but usually don't work well once the sore has come through. This one truly works (for me, anyway). It doesn't allow the sore to break through if you catch it on time. If you don't catch it on time, the sore is usually ...see moreof the reviewer's review

I regularly get cold sores and have used many different treatments. Abreva works very well if used when you feel the tingling sensation before the cold sore appears. It is pretty useless after that. This actually does help to heal cold sores faster and keeps them from reaching the "really ugly" s...see moreof the reviewer's review

Day one of getting a cold sore I searched online to see what worked. Orajel cold sore treatment is rated the highest and Target's up&up brand has the same active ingredients but it's at half the cost. I would recommend this product as it worked for me.see moreof the reviewer's review

This is definitely the least embarrassed I've been about a cold sore. I didn't catch it right away, but this kept it from getting out of hand. I'm on day 3 and the sore is scabbed and healing. Abreva has not worked for me, along with a handful of others.see moreof the reviewer's review

Don’t be fooled by the blue tube - it’s nothing like Abreva.

Not Abreva -despite is oddly familiar packaging. It’s more like camphophenique. It’s a very menthol gel like paste. Nothing like Abreva, and it actually burns when applied. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re used to using Abreva. It is a completely different product.

Didn't make a difference. Ended up making a coconut oil and tea tree oil mixture that worked much better than thissee moreof the reviewer's review

I noticed a cold sore on Tuesday night. I went out and bought this the next day and the cold sore was completely healed by Friday! It has a minty scent and applies on clear which is great when going out into public. This was my first cold sore and I had no experience with Abreva or any other product...see moreof the reviewer's review

This look-a-like product IS NOT Abreva. It's packaged to look like Abreva. It's placed on the shelf right next to Abreva. But instead of Docosanol it is two ingredients that have no scientific evidence to suggest that they heal cold sores.see moreof the reviewer's review
