submitted byAny harmful chemicals - 3 months agoA: Hello there Kerrikog! Thanks for reaching out to us. We will be more than happy to answer your question! The glaze of our ceramic pots is a silicate made of quartz, feldspar and clay. The glaze is covered over the pot, fired at high temperature to melt the glaze and then cooled down. The glaze liquid is then turned into coating the same as glass film on the surface of the pot. This does not contain PTFE & PFOA. We hope this information helps. For further assistance, please reach out to us via https://www.crock-pot.com/support/contact-us or through LiveChat. We’re available Mon.-Fri. 9 am -5 pm Eastern Time.

Q: Can you select the warm button so the food just warms or does the crock pot only go to warm once its finished cooking?
A: You cannot select the warm function directly, the warm function will come on once the cook time is finished. If your using just to keep food warm this won't work and you would need a manual crockpot.
