This is my first air fryer. I adore the color and it works wonderfully - especially at heating a slice of Publix apple pie. I purchased this air fryer in Feb. 2024, and just stopped to look at the items in my ‘saved for later’ cart and noticed the wave of negative reviews and claims that the product only works once. While I cannot confirm whether these people’s devices failed or not, I can say that my family and I have had zero issues with ours and it is worth the purchase and works as well as it did when I initially purchased. I even use aluminum foil in the bottom of it occasionally so that I don’t have to wash the tray.

I used this 1x-2x a week for just over 90 days. Tonight, it just shut off while i was air frying dinner. Since I’ve bought this, I see other reviews about this issue. i’d save yourself $80 and the heartbreak. I’m also 14 days outside my return window, so I’m just outta luck.

Love it! Now that the summer has hit, I really don’t want to be turning on the oven. This air fryer works great! I just got rid of my Power XL because I hardly used It cooked the foods unevenly and I was always rotating the trays. I LOVE that this one has easy clean up! I only wish it was bigger! No regrets. My only issue I ran into was not cleaning up the grease after one round of cooking hamburgers and threw in another batch. Bad idea. It started to smoke but it’s because I didn’t wipe the inside. Other than that I’m going to get one for my mom! Waiting for it to go on sale again!

I got this as a gift for my husband and it worked once! It’s more beautiful than all the other models out there but, IT IS NOT FUNCTIONAL! It’s a shame they didn’t address the issues in the reviews because it could have been a great product. Due to the numerous complaints about the same issue, I returned for a refund instead of investing anymore energy. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
