Dean LED Task Lamp - Threshold™

A: My bulb is burned out after 3 months of use. I liked the lamp and it was my mistake to choose a lamp that the bulb cannot be replaced. I do not recommend this product for any thing other than staging a room. It has a sleek design but not useful for utility.

A: Ours lasted only one year of minimal use. I’m very upset.

A: I’ve had it less than one year and the light has burned out. Not with the money and I hate throwing things out but now I have no choice since you can not replace the bulb.

A: mine lasted for a little over a year. But I only turned it on at night briefly sometimes. It's a shame that it burnt out already and the bulb is non-replaceable.

A: Sorry Shelly, but this customer response is an absolute lie. Read all the comments above! It doesn't last 30,000 hours ... not even 300. I love this lamp and it worked perfectly for my desk space, until it stopped working. Unfortunately, I bought it in the store and there wasn't a description about the non-replaceable bulb. I've had it about 18 months and it's not used every day; not even every week! I'd say, on average, 10 hours a month. This is VERY disappointing, and they need to change the design of this with either a higher quality bulb that will last for years, as most LEDs do, or make the bulb replaceable. I'm actually tempted to buy a new one because I love it so much and the price is reasonable, but don't want to land-fill one every year. I see other LED lamps on the site that do have replaceable bulbs, so anything with an enclosed shade is most likely the same as this one. Buyers beware ...

A: Less than a year. Mine just died. This was a waste of my money and now waste for landfill. I hate that I purchased something so wasteful. I purchased this believing that it would "last for years to come" as the Target rep said. It didn't.

A: Don't worry. The light bulb will last for years. The lamp itself will fail in less than a year. Mind failed in less than 90 days.

A: It turns on and off with a touch sensor in the base. You can expect that to work for less then three months. Then the the sensor switch will fail and the light will be useless.
