Del Monte Mandarin Oranges Fruit Cup Snacks

These are not orange segments, they are orange floaty pieces in lots of juice. The cups are not that filled so it’s a lot of liquid and it looks like they’ve been through World War III so there’s no full segments of orange. Would not buy again!

These are my son’s favorite.

Juice has an odd taste and the mandarins were mostly fallen apart.

The first package I received was ruined. The replacement for that was damaged and ruined as well. We were not able to enjoy them. We were so sad.

Taste is bland and you don’t exactly get whole, half or even quarter pieces anymore, just segments that happen to stick together. My picture is the half I didn’t give my 2 year old to eat and represents half the cup.

I have had many fruit cups, but these are by far the best I’ve had. Nice and sweet with lots of juice. Very good quality product.

Toddler loves these and no added sugar.

The juice in this unsweetened natural Mandarin Oranges is amazing! The fruit is tender and sweet! I make this part of my pantry!

These are my go-to when I need a quick snack. Good option for keeping you satisfied between meals.

The packaging is eye-catching and vibrant, in a way where it's enticing to eat, which cpuld be helpful if you have kids. The cups are convenient to pack in lunches, snaxk at home, or eat on-the-go. They are perfect to enjoy just about anywhere! The oranges are yummy, and the juice/surup it's in is sweet, but not too sweet so I don't feel as guilty eating them. These fruit cups are a great healthy snack to reach for when you're not sure what to eat, and bonus!--They are also picky-boyfriend-approved! There isn't much that these need improvement on, aside from opening the product itself. When you open it, it's hard to remove the plastic pull-open tab/lid thing without the juices spraying out at you everywhere. This has led to me to only opening the product with my teeth/mouth, which I don't really want to do, but find it to be necessary so that it doesn't spray all over my clothes. A small price to pay however for such a yummy and convenient product, room-temperature or cold! I will be repurchasing these Del Monte Mandarin Oranges Fruit Cup Snacks when I run out, and I highly recommend them to anyone that wants a healthy and fulfilling snack throughout the day that is portable, concenient, and delicious!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read a review either on here or somewhere else on the no sugar added mandarin cups being great in salads since the water has a syrup like taste. They were right! Most salad dressings to me that taste good are either loaded with fat, sodium, or have way too much of an apple cider vinegar taste. I bought these to add to my Chinese chicken salads and they were great! Not the cheapest in comparison to getting dressing or even fresh mandarins but I still continue to buy the cups simply because the liquid adds a lot of flavor from being mixed with the mandarins.

The one thing that I don’t really like/I find a little misleading is that there is no sugar added but the water it’s in is sweetened naturally. I would prefer it not be sweetened at all. Overall though, this is a great convenient snack that tastes good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I remember the mushy, overly sugary syrupy oranges in a can that I had growing up. These are NOT those! These are delicious and firm, good to eat at room temperature or cold outta the fridge. I used them in an Asian chicken salad and it was a wonderful pop of color and texture! Highly recommend

The size and packaging was very convenient, as it fits perfectly in any lunchbox, bag, backpack and even in your purse! Taste wise, I did not get the unpleasant aftertaste that no added sugar foods often bring. It was fresh and delicious! I'll definitely add it to my grocery list!
