The top piece came damanged. I emailed the company with all the requested info. It took days to reply and they requested more info and then said once i send the additional info ,they would deternine if a replace was available and if it would be sent. They requested mycredit card info so they could CHARGE me for the replacement piece and shipping costs.very disappointing . The worst issue with this changing table is the smell. I was hoping that since i have to wait for the company to grt back to me the smell would dissipate. It has not. Such a strong odor that you can not stay in the room for more than a few minutes without getting a headache. I would never put a baby in the room with it .

Terrible instructions, the back pieces came stuck together and ripped the paint off so we didn't even put them on. The holes didn't line up for a few pieces which led us to not using those as well. when screwing hardware in it created bubbles and split the wood on the other sides. looks ok put together but terrible assembly by whoever made the pieces and instructions. not worth the money, i would not buy this product.

I ordered the entire Delta Jordan set. The crib, dresser, and changing table/bookcase. They were affordable but this was the only item that gave me issues so far. This was also the only item with a weird paint like odor as mentioned in other reviews. It did go away after a few days for me though. One of the pieces was completely missing the two holes for the wooden dowel posts, leaving my husband to put some holes in himself because we didn’t want to fight and wait to get another. Like other reviews mentioned, some of the screws go through to the other side. I knew this, was careful and still made one protrude a little. However, when putting the bottom piece on a wooden dowel post protruded to the other side on its own. The instructions are okay, minus one sheet saying you need the wrong amount of bits for it. But overall it wasn’t overly hard to put together, and I’m happy with how it looks.

I ignored the other reviews and purchased this bookcase. It is absolutely true, the holes are in the wrong place. It sounds like the manufacturer massively produced a defective product and tried selling it to consumers. My husband wanted to take it outside and burn this set for wasting his time but I need to get my money back so I told him he can’t. 😆

After splurging on this changing table because it can be used as a bookshelf after our baby outgrows diapers, then begging my husband to help me assemble it, it was a determined that the holes where unaligned and the product was defective. I have read other reviews AFTER having this issue and noticed unaligned holes is a common issue for this product. I called customer service but they are unavailable on the weekend. I am going to return to the store and get a different brand all together.
