Disappointing Purchase- Weak Suction

I purchased two of these. The first had a part break off inside of the receptacle that rendered it unusable. The second has major problems with suction. I’ve looked online for tips on how to improve it and nothing I do works. Unfortunately when I contacted Target about it the return window was closed, so they couldn’t do anything to help me. I wouldn’t purchase this again. I’m a teacher and the handheld vac we use at school that costs a lot less provides much better suction. This was a disappointing purchase.

Horribly poor design. The quick flip mechanism broke on the first use. Got a warranty replacement. Upon first use of the replacement the filter clogged up within 15 seconds. It is not designed for use on any fine particles. the filter is a simple open celled sponge that clogs easily and needs to be cleaned with every use. Fine particles like flour blow thru the filter and out the exhaust. Then there's the exhaust...it blows around the dirt you're trying to clean up. The worst possible design. Don't waste your time with this unit. A big FAIL to the responsible design team.

Do not buy this vacuum. Like others ratings there is a part on the inside that comes broken or not well done. It had no suction whatsoever out of the box. I put it away to deal with it later and months later I brought it out and cleaned it and noticed that part was falling apart and eventually came off when I used it and cleaned it out again. Barely anything inside to clean since it didn’t suck anything up but easy light debris.
