The amount of this oil is so small that the Advanced Care Sensitive Antiperspirant can be classified as unscented. We hope this helps!

"Unscented" is NOT actually unscented! I'm sensitive to fragrance and go fragrance-free with pretty much all body and makeup products. I usually use an aluminum-free unscented deodorant, but for super hot and sweaty days I also wanted a classic antiperspirant that was fragrance-free. I decided to try this "Unscented" one from Dove. I guess it's on me for just trusting that "unscented" actually meant unscented, but as soon as I put it on I knew that wasn't true. Sure enough, "Fragrance (parfum)" is listed in the ingredients. This definitely has a noticible feminine "powder fresh" or sweet "clean laundry" type scent to it that I catch whiffs of throughout the day. I have no idea how they're legally able to label it unscented when fragrance is right there in the ingredients, but I'll have to look for another brand. If you're sensitive to fragrance or have a fragrance allergy definitely skip this one.

Feels sticky like glue all day long, smells strongly of chemicals, and provides zero odor protection. Within two hours after applying it, my pits started stinking worse than if I'd worn no deodorant at all, and it itches - it's definitely not good for sensitive skin.

This was my favorite deodorant for YEARS until I bought one back in 2020 and realized that there was additonal "masking" fragrance added. It was way too strong for me and gave me a headache, thus my long 4 year quest for another unscented deodorant that actually works as well as Dove. I never found anything I liked as much, so I decided to try this again and hoped that I'd get adjusted to the scent. Much to my delight, the fragrance seems a lot lighter than it did a few years ago. I can only smell the added fragrance when I first use it and about 30 minutes later, I don't smell it at all anymore. Perhaps Dove took our feedback and adjusted it? Or maybe I'm wrong and I did get used to the scent? I don't know, but I'm happily a big fan of this again and really nothing else in the market compares to how well Dove deodorants work. One star removed because those who are truly allergic to fragrance cannot use it, but for those of us who just are annoyed by fragrance, this is a good option.

Would be great if it was FRAGRANCE FREE! I’m not sure why dove products geared towards sensitive skin contain any fragrance. The masking fragrance in this product gives off a musty undertone. I really wish this product would be reformulated, because fragrance free antiperspirants are so hard to find in this market, reading the comments it is a product that myself and others are in need of.
