A: Please use the "Sport" option when choosing the bike in the App.
A: I’ve tried that. It doesn’t work. There is no “other” option under sport.
A: Choose "Other" as the place of purchase. Then when you enter the serial number and choose "Free Ride" in the Echelon app options menu (that's found in the ... three dots at the bottom right corner of the app)- you can then select the connection to bike option at the top of that screen and choose your serial number. Then you're good to go.
A: Please choose "Sport' as the equipment option and "other" or "echelon" as your retailer option. We are working on getting more options.
A: It comes with cage/SPD already.

A: It is bluetooth connected. Works with factory Echelon app or others like Peloton or Zwift with the Qdomyo Zwift app. Need two devices to make that work. Personally, I have Qdomyo Zwift installed on my iPhone and Peloton app installed on my iPad. The bike connects to my iPhone and I'm off to the races in the Peloton app on my iPad. I'm then also connected to Peloton app for heart rate monitoring via my Apple Watch and Qdomyo Zwift on my iPhone. Sweet setup for a lot less money!
A: It does have bluetooth compatibility.
A: Handlebars only go up and down. The seat goes up/down and forward/backward.
