Q: is your cane sugar Refined or Unrefined? This really matters if you're a true vegan. Refined sugars are processed using bone char, which is ground cow bones, therefore NOT Vegan!

These are great in terms of actual product, although sometimes they have tiny bits of what I assume to be flour on them so it seems there’s cross contamination possibly. With that being said, they are DOUBLE the price of others for HALF the amount. So tired of vegan alternatives costing so much.

Love the product and how it is delivered promptly to my address, with gel packs. In my last order, I noticed that 2 of the bags had popped open at the sealed edge. Some of the chips fell out. Other than that, the products are fine. As a wholesaler, I do appreciate the fair pricing and free shipping.

A few years I developed a number of food intolerances and found that I could not eat most types of chocolate. These chocolate chips are really tasty. They can be eaten on their own if you want a chocolate snack or they can be used for baking. This company makes many other items that are great options for people, like me, who have food sensitivities.

This is the second time I’ve purchased this brand that the bag has been burst open by the time I’m home. I’m not doing anything crazy, just taking it out of the bad and then chips are hitting the floor. You can see where the bags were sealed on top of melted chocolate. This is the only brand of chocolate chips I can eat, so I will purchase again, I’m just very disappointed
