A: Hi Zac, our Eucerin Advanced Repair Body Lotion can be used on the face as well as the hands and body. If applied to the face, take care to avoid using the product directly around the eyes.

Q: The ingredient list on this site under "label info" says this contaons sunscreen active ingredients. Is this a mistake? I do not see an SPF on the photo of the bottle.

I have a hard time finding lotion that really hydrated the skin. A lot of lotions have drying properties but claim to be hydrating, i do not find that an issue with this. It leaves my skin hydrated/ glowy without being greasy. Bonus it doesn’t strip my self tanner.

Tacky, never quite soaks in and doesn't moisturize as well as I had hoped for such a heavy lotion. I bought this at the recommendation of a YouTuber I watch but won't repurchase. It's so tacky and the feeling never goes away- hours later after applying my skin feels tacky and not smooth or baby soft. The feeling is kind of weird but when I put on certain clothing, the clothing kind of skips over my skin...no matter what I do to apply. The most annoying lotion, and I've tried so many. Also it doesn't moisturize as well as it should for such a heavy lotion- after applying and reapplying to dry patches on my hand for example the skin would still remain dry. I will finish the bottle up so as not to waste product but I will hate it all. The only pro is that if you mix some perfume with this lotion and then apply it to your body, the perfume lasts a long time.

My son started developing very dry skin so I bought this because it seemed like a lot of good reviews. The first few tries it seemed fine. Texture was thinner than other lotions and a bit greasy feeling. Then after a few uses, he would complain that it burns and I told him it’s because his hands are dry. Another day I had him put it on and I decided to try it and my hands started burning really bad too, to the point we both had to rinse it off. I started to get red bumps right after. I would not recommend this lotion especially to kids. I feel so bad about the other time my son said it burns and we didn’t rinse it off that time.

I unfortunately passed on my hand eczema to my 5 year old so I got this lotion to help. When I put it on her, she immediately ran around the house screaming that it burned. She has been going through a big reaction phase, so I assumed it was just another one of those moments. However, I have since used it a few times and holy crap does it burn. Real real bad. Poor kid. I'm not sure if this isn't compatible with eczema? I've never had lotion burn it like that before.

I have used this lotion for over a year now and loved how hydrated it made my skin feel. I recently bought a new bottle of it, started putting it on and I instantly started feeling a burning sensation. Not to mention it also smells like rubbing alcohol and my previous bottles never did.

I tested this product on the top of my hand I have very dry sensitive skin and like most lotions I try it looks promising as soon as I put it on my skin looks brighter and healthier then about 15 seconds later the top of my hand is covered in red speckled bumps I’m still trying to figure out the cause of this but my guess would be sodium chloride/ sodium lactate as these ingredients are in a lot of things I’ve tried and broke out from

We all know CeraVe is the best of the best, but is expensive. Eucerin is the best budget friendly lotion on the market. I always look at the ingredients when I pick my lotions. You don’t want silicones or drying alcohols. This Eucerin is nearly perfect! No drying alcohols, only the good fatty alcohols. Silicones are there but towards the bottom of the ingredient list so that’s a plus! Less is more with this lotion since it is on the richer side; too much will make you feel sticky! The daily hydration one is thinner and great for warmer seasons. I get this advanced repair for the colder months when the air is dry & the skin needs more moisture.

I dont give 5 stars to many products. I've used all kinds of lotions over the past 20 years from high end luxury to drug store and this is by far the most effective at making your skin baby soft and moisturized. I have always gone back to this lotion. I have used it when I've gotten chapped thighs from being in the cold. (It hurts for a few minutes if you're red and chapped, but it WORKS. The chapped skin is gone by the next day.) It always makes my skin feel the softest out of any lotion I've ever used. I can't say enough good things about this.

I have eczema on my face and lot of dry skin on my body - this works wonders! A tip I would share when applying any lotion is to make sure your skin is damp before slathering on your lotion so it locks in that moisture. This lotion is super thick.

This lotion is moisturizing and it will hold moisture in your skin until you shower it off. That's the only positive thing I can say about it. It left my skin feeling greasy and if I even started to break a sweat it made my skin feel sticky all over. Additionally, I normally like unscented lotions because I'm sensitive to smells and strong perfumed scents trigger headaches for me BUT this stuff smells like sweat to me.
