Q: Can this be used on a raw area on the sacrum?

Q: Marketed as the generic version of Bactine Max Spray with identical ingredients then why does it contain less of the main pain relieving/skin numbing ingredient Lidocaine?
A: I don't think it is being marketed as max version but probably regular version
