Q: I received this item and the adjustable straps are twisted. Is this still safe for baby to use? There is no way for me to untwist them as they are encased in the white plastic

Q: Is there a minimum height for baby? I have it on 1 and my 4 month olds feet does not touch the ground. Am I missing how I can lower it even more?

A: Use only with a child who is able to hold head up unassisted and who is not able to climb out or walk. Your child’s toes should touch the floor (without bouncing) and if on the lowest setting, babies feet do not touch the ground, we ask that you wait to use when your child is a little bit bigger. Q: Is there any instructions on what’s the optimum contact between the toes/feet and the ground? I adjusted it so that my baby’s can jump with his toes, but not entirely on his feet. Is this the correct height?

Q: How tall does a baby need to be to use this? my baby is 23.5 inches tall and we have it in the lowest setting and she is still easily 3 inches from being able to touch the ground. pretty disappoint

A: You'll want to use this only with a child who is able to hold head up unassisted and who is not able to climb out or walk.(approximately 9 months) You may need to wait until your child is a little bigger.

Q: Are they supposed to be able to turn on there own in the chair? Mine is super stiff and doesn’t move unless i move it for her.

My son loves this bouncer. There’s multiple toys he enjoys playing with and keeping him busy. I like that it’s adjustable too so as he grows he can still use it. I like that the music can be turned off and adjusted too.

Get a better option… It would have been good if the seat rotated the way it’s supposed to. It’s stiff and does not glide, my 11mo old has never been able to turn around in it so he gets bored. Terrible quality! Other than that the function of the toys seems ok. The frog does nothing, the elephant hook is nothing really, my son never touches either of them. Put more interactive things in there -_-

We're sorry to hear this. Please check to see if the pad is bunched up between the seat ring and base. The seat ring must be completely snapped into the base. If you pull up on the seat it should not lift away from the base. It’s good for us to let him have fun and burn some energy as well :) The lion to push back and forth is a little meh, it doesn’t slide well so he never liked to play with that part but overall it’s a win.

I loved that it keeps my daughters attention for quite awhile, she’s still only 3 months. She can’t turn herself around yet and used a pillow just for her feet that’s not touching the ground but overall this was a great gift we got. She loves it! Only dislike is that the chair itself needs padding, having a baby leaning on the hard surface is not good!

This is not as good of quality as I was expecting. I had the rainforest jumperoo with 4 of my other babies. I tried this one for my last baby and I just finished putting it together, which was simple to do. But the quality is poor. The seat does not easily spin at all. I can hardly make it spin. Baby will not be able to turn while playing. The toys are cheaply made and the features are not that impressive. I’m very disappointed.

Love this bouncer. I’ve used it for 2 kids & a friend borrowed it in the middle - so technically it’s survived 3 kids. Its still in tact and bouncy. All 3 kids have loved and bounced their hearts out, my kids started at 3.5 months.

Quality is lacking with Fisher Price items. This is my second purchase through target on highly rated toys for my son that has stopped working. The same day we set it up and put new batteries in (the one play tray plays music/lights) it immediately stopped working. The music played slowly for about ten seconds before turning off. The rest of the item is okay. My son is interested in some of the toys but is ultimately happier playing in other jumper/swings. He is six months old so maybe an older child would enjoy the jumping more - even though he jumps of me all day haha

She 5months loves it, but unless she is related to Andrea the Giant it's too big. Her feet are 4" from the floor at the lowest level. By the time she grows into it she'll be grown out of it.

Did not like how high it is. My baby is in the 92nd percentile and is 25 inches tall and still can’t touch the ground .. my baby Einstein one goes very low and he can easily touch. Otherwise love the product
