A: No, it ships mostly inflated, and held in the same cardboard holder you'll find on the store shelf. You'll need a pump to inflate it all the way.

Unfortunately, this soccer ball isn't made in the USA. It's made in China. Given ongoing problems with toxins, particularly in inks and dyes, used in PRC-manufacturing, I can't be sure it's safe for little ones.

I purchase this ball in multiples for my German Shepherds in size four. It’s the perfect size to discourage them chewing on it but small enough for them to be able to pick it up. As serious as they take their play time with these balls, it won’t be long before they go pro I’m sure. :)
