A: On mine, one of the LED light blinks (white) while charging. Stops when done. Bought mine in December 2024 too!

Q: I bought this last fall and it’s stopped working today. We don’t use it that much. The unit will charge, light up the three spots and the color changing light will turn on. However it does not have any suction.

When it came to cleaning it was a breeze. No need to fight to get the mucus out both out of the nose or when cleaning. It’s a good size so I was able to throw it in my bag while we were running errands with ease.

I wish I had this when my older kids were young because that squeeze bulb is worthless and the straw boogie sucker can gross some people out. It very convenient to have on hand at home and on the go. I do wish the suction was slightly stronger. Other than that, it’s a solid product.

So glad there’s an electric version of the infamous nose sucker. I’m willing to do pretty much anything for my kid, but sucking boogers out through a tube is not one of them! We’ve been pleased with this product the handful of times we’ve had to use it. The suction is gentle and sure beats pinching the mucus out of his nose.

It has a gental suction that sucks up the snot into the top of the machine. Once you are done, you just clean a few pieces, and it is easy to clean. It comes with a charging cord so you don't have to worry about having g the right batteries around.

I have bought 4 of these hoping the next one I buy will actually work & all of them proved me wrong. After one use, my baby’s snot went into the motor of all of them & stopped working. There should not be a hole in the collection container that exposes the cords to the snot.

He was crying profusely because he had a runny nose with boogers stuck on it not only amazing but it’s so gentle. I’m a little guy. He loves it. We play a little game called the boogie monster. It’s so great the ease of cleaning as well too. Just wanted some warm water with a little silicone. Attachments and it’s clean in a matter of seconds.
