My kiddos love a pouch because they can feed themselves! And I love pouches because they are a fun and healthy snack! The flavor of the apple and blueberry is delicious and totally masks the spinach. We keep them in the fridge where they can reach them so they'll just walk in and grab some to snack on whenever they want. I like them because I know my kids are eating something with nutritional value and not just junk food. I highly recommend there.

She is two and this pouch is very easy for her to hold and eat on her own. Unlike other pouches these don't allow for food to squirt out and make messes. My toddler loves being able to hold her pouch and eat at her own pace. I love the ingredients in these pouches and feel comfortable with my toddler eating these. Even though she does eat solid foods these are good for on the go too. They dont need to be refrigerated unless opened but honestly we didnt have any left to refrigerate. They are small enough to fit in purses as well. Its a good way to get fruits and veggies into picky eaters tummies.

My toddler loved this flavor (“blueberry tasty”)- though he slammed this pouch in about one second. They are 50 calories, which seems like a decent snack portion, but he definitely wanted five more.
