Created by Dr. Camille and Josef Verovic, husband and wife a.k.a NYC power couple. GIRL + HAIR was inspired by Dr. Camille’s own journey as African-American woman looking for the right products for her haircare needs. Enter Target Takeoff, an innovative and immersive program that helps promising brands get to the next level. Dr. Camille and Josef, went from program participants to having their products sold in stores and online. Through mentorship and workshops, the Target Takeoff team helped GIRL + HAIR get ready for mass retail.
