I am a mechanical idiot, and even I managed to use this right away. Works perfectly. Looking forward to trying different recipes. I did make one error, though. Forgot to preheat. Just tossed English muffin, veggie ham, cheese, and eggs in and set it. Still cooked everything perfectly, but I did learn my lesson. Would consider giving this as a gift to each of my daughters for Christmas.

We have always used a smaller maker that would only cook the egg part of the sandwich and would have to toast the muffins separately. This is a very convenient way to make breakfast sandwiches and that you can make two at one time since we bought the dual maker. The only thing I wish was included with the maker was a recipe book for different kinds of breakfast and other sandwiches. Clean up was a breeze.

Excellent product. Make your own breakfast sandwiches idential to Egg McMuffin and others. They are better because they are freshly made by you. They also end up costing your about 25% of the cost at the fast food places. I highy recommend this product and also the service I received from Target when ordering the item .. 150% satisfied. This is my 2nd HB Sandwich maker . I used the first one so much I wore it out and had to replace it .

Bought this for my husband on the recommendation from friends and couldn’t be happier. My husband was missing BEC sandwiches from NYC delis and now he can make custom sandwiches every day. Highly recommend getting the double if you’re ever cooking for two. It’s easy to just use one side if needed. We use ours many times each week.
