This is a beautiful piece but if you leave water in it it rusts and corrodes. I saw someone giving one away with the same issue so I think it’s just because of what it’s made out of. If you use it just for decoration it will be fine.

Rusted inside and on the bottom already. I bought it so it would look nice in my kitchen when not in use. Now I can’t set it on anything because it will leave a rust stain and the inside has a ring of rust on the bottom. Obviously the coating is inferior and they could have used stainless steel. I think I’m past the return date but if not then it’s going back.

It’s adorable but quality control must have been sleeping on the job. There is a tiny hole at the bottom of where the spout was welded on so it leaks the whole time it has water in it. Looking at reviews I see I’m not the only one having issues.

It’s a really nice-looking watering can, but I can’t recommend getting one. Other users mentioned leaks, so I looked over mine pretty thoroughly when I was at the store; checked for stuff like holes, damage/botched welding, that sort of thing. I managed to pick one that didn’t leak which is great, but I noticed today that the inside edge along the bottom is rusting. I got this watering can on April 23rd. It is May 7th lol. I’ve used this thing maybe 3 times. I didn’t leave it sitting around with standing water after I used it. It’s a bummer but, honestly, I just don’t think this one’s a worthwhile gamble.

Love the curvy aesthetic, the no-scratch feet on the bottom and the the fact it holds so much water. It’s definitely a display-worthy watering can. But mine has that same pinhole leak at the bottom of the spout. Hoping I can plug it with some clear caulk.
