I've always been a fan of Hormel Chili since I was a kid until now. The new recipe is so bland, it's actually a waste of calories. I will never buy this product again!!!!

Why not give the customer what they are paying for. If I wanted soup then I would have bought soup. Put more meat and beans in the can and stop ripping people off.

Anyone know if the old Hormel chili is available anywhere? This new product is totally inedible! I was spoiled growing up near Austin MN and enjoying the chili Hormel produced at that time. Wish I had a time machine!

I have been buying your chili all my adult life, always loved it, until now. Not only did you add the 'Pork' to it, you added the beans' too. What happened to the Red Kidney Beans ? I don't plan on buying anymore. You had a great product, not anymore.

I've always kidded my husband that the chili reminded me of canned dog food. He very much enjoyed making Hormel chili dogs. After my husband died there were a couple cans of chili with beans left and found myself after a long day working out doors opened one of those cans. Finding it so thick I added a can of hunts sweet onion tomatoes _a lot of chopped onions and found this combination with your chili was surprisingly good. I have also used other Hunts tomato combinations works just as well. I've always made my own homemade chili so this was so unlike me to grab a canned product. It's fast and once doctored serves me well . I have on occasion for a quick meal made this for family and now hooked them on my way of doctoring Hormel chili as well. My daughter and son in law do a lot of paleo field work and this fills a quick fast and healthy meal for their long days in the field.. I have also bought other varieties of the chili mainly turkey and beef. Adding the pork , well , not on my or families liking. My only complaint is the cost is twice the store brand which I am tempted to try.

Tabasco Hot Hormel Chili was the best popular-priced chili out of a can. Not for everyone, but Hormel apparently stopped making it. Now, Hormel Chili Hot with Beans is apparently off the shelf. No more Hot. Hormel, make these products available again in our stores!

I'm 67, and I've been eating Hormel Chili with beans for years and years. But - what the heck? Now it's so SALTY that it burns my mouth. I used to think it was just the spice, but after 2 - 3 cans I realized it was waaaay over salted!. You USED to be the best. But - sorry . . . Now you're near the bottom . - a former Hormel Chili fan.
