This is a great addition to my immune support routine. I take several supplements with my doctor's guidance to help protect me, as I have several autoimmune disorders. I received hydralyte plus complementary from bzz agent to try and review. I am so glad i gave this product a try! I noticed immediately after drinking it that I felt better than before. I struggle with dehydration a lot and I get migraines often. Since I tried and then purchased this product and kept using it i have been a whole month with no migraines! I feel energized and i have just an overall healthy feeling and I find the i don't have brain fog when midweek hits and stress is trying to find a way in. I just zip right through without having to worry about it.

I am always trying to find add-ins to give flavor to my water, and have heard great things about this product. When I finally tried it I was mostly satisfied. I enjoyed the effervescence and feel like it worked as well as any of the other pre-mixed products I've tried (i.e. Body Armour, Gatorade), however I was hoping for more from the taste. I tried differing amounts of water, but no matter how I mixed it, the end result was more like Emergen-C or Tang than a sports drink. A little adjustment on this side of things and it would definitely be a 5-star product.

This had a fantastic taste. It did not taste thick or powdery. I drank this in the morning When I was feeling exhausted. I believe that this really helped me feel more energized and awake throughout the day. I have also drank this after an intense bike ride to keep my energy up.
