Works as intended! I have pretty strong thighs and it doesn’t take a ton of repetitions for me to start feeling the burn. I wish the inner part was made of metal instead of plastic because it feels a little flimsy, but it’s also only $5. Some reviews are complaining it’s too small/child size, but I’m a 5’10” size 8 adult woman and the size is totally fine for me, if that helps at all.
