I buy this for my 86 year old mother to wear during the day in case she can't get to the restroom in time to avoid leaks she loves them and thinks they are a great quality and they are discreet under clothing she's never had an issue with them and she's been using them for about 2 years and used to buy them more expensive ones so for the money these are a great deal I don't know why people are reviewing them for their periods because they're made for incontinence not the same thing. My mom is on a limited budget and lives off of social security so these were a great find but that isn't the only reason we use them because if they were garbage we sure wouldn't, she was used to the finer things in life and used to buy the more expensive brands of everything but given the economy she said to cut back and I'm grateful she has this as an option as well as their adult diapers for women those are also great.
