Q: I got this back in August of this year, Went to go use it and it split at the seam. What do i do. It never came with a patch kit?

A:Â Intex provides a 180 day warranty from purchase on this airbed. Reach out to their service department at 1-800-234-6839 for assistance on a replacement. Seem splits really shouldn't be repaired with a patch kit.

Bought the air mattress on October 10th and used it every other week, so once every 2 weeks. My most recent attempt to sleep on it was unpleasant because it started deflating unfortunately. Checked Intex warranty information and even though the product is within the 90 days, I didn't keep my receipt so I'm screwed. What a tremendous waste of $50

This bed loses so much air maybe an hour after laying on it. It does say that air beds will stretch at first however it’s been flipped on for about six nights now and it loses so much air still. Just wondering how much longer is it gonna stretch

Slowly looses air over night. I moved a little to close to the edge of the mattress and because it's so tall, the whole thing flipped over with me on it.

I've gotta give it to this air mattress, it's pretty good! I keep it in my camping gear for guests (I use a cot) but on my last trip I decided I'd use it. The pump it comes with is great and inflates super fast. Night one I barely lost any air, woke up comfy. Night 2, I had a guest I hadn't planned for, and we shared the twin size air mattress. I can't lie and say this was the best idea, or that we were super comfortable, but I can say the mattress held up to our combined 460 pounds, and still hadn't lost much air. Night 3 was just as comfy as Night 1! The bed deflates easy when it's time to pack up and folds up well. I appreciate the storage bag it came with, too!

Aas per the other complaints by guests, I too, fall victim to a blowhole that doesn't keep air in. best solution is to get some duct tape to tape over. I made an x and it seemed to do just fine. my suggestion, find another air mattress that has a better blowhole cover.

On the third use, the plug stopped sticking and the air comes out. It is not returnable so I guess I just lost my money. Only a 6 year old girl has been on the mattress sleeping so it hasn’t even really had use. I had to tape it to keep it closed.
