Q: Is there an interior light so as to view food?

A: I've had mine about a week and it definitely has an oven light when the unit is turned on.

Q: What are the interior dimensions width and length?

A: The actual USABLE space from bottom rack to upper heating element is 4". So if you're putting a pan on the lowest rack, your food will touch the top heating element if it's over 4".

Q: Why does bread only toast on one side? Setting is on toast for 5 minutes for 2 slices.

We used this almost daily for a little over a year. It was extremely useful while we completed a kitchen reno. However, at just over a year we are seeing an "E2" error code which according to the manual means it is unrepairable. I expected better quality from Kitchen Aid. Of course it is also now out of warranty. Will be buying an alternate brand to replace this one.

Have had for almost a year now and has been solid! I have a gas oven and it takes forever to warm up. I love having this countertop oven as it saves time and bakes some things more consistent than my normal oven.

The first day I had this I made a recipe for air fried potatoes and they turned out perfectly. I have not had the same luck since. Every air fryer recipe I use takes twice as long as the direction say which makes me feel like there’s no point and I should just use my regular oven. It’s very uneven as a toaster if you want any of the lower shade settings and I have had the same experience as others where the drip pan is impossible to get clean. Not impressed with any of the functionality but it does look nice

Noisy...the chassis rattles very loud when the fan turns on. Doesn't air fry as well as my basket style air fryer that costs $40. No clear instructions on how you're supposed to use the trays... Are you supposed to let the mash basket drip onto yhe heating elements???

Surprisingly I also gell in love with the air fryer. My 1st ever and not the focus on why I wanted this oven so it was a cherry on top for me!! Am so so happy I bought this one. My daughter-in-law has one and so she loved hers so much I felt safe in choosing this one. Totally the best kitchen purchase made in 5 years!

The heating elements are exposed and difficult to clean. Think dripping cheese from a grilled cheese or crumbs from chicken nuggets. The drip tray doesn't seem to get clean using soapy water or pink paste with my scrub daddy. Unfortunately, the air fryer basket has started to rust too with routine cleaning.

The functions and options are super duper and the speed at which it gets things going…..simply stunning. We did not put an oven ( the large thing) in our home and we don’t ever miss it. Well made and super sturdy for multi use during the day.
