The Total Repair 5 Damage Erasing Balm is a deep conditioner that you would use instead of your regular conditioner about 2-3 times a week depending on how often you wash your hair. This is just going to give added strength and repair to the ends of your hair and leave your hair feeling even softer. You do not have to use this product, but this line will be most effective if used all together. We hope this helps!

Q: Can we use it from roots to end for men?I am confused with such products,are they like conditioner not supposed to massage on scalp or we can massage it on scalp?Thank you

A: Hi Pataya! Our recommendation is to saturate your hair with this product, starting on the lengths and ends. If you have dry roots, you can take what is left on your hands and put on your roots. This product is not intended to be massaged directly onto your scalp.

This stuff really helps fried hair! I used this mask after using the L’Oréal Elvive extreme repair shampoo and conditioner and after this first use my hair is already softer and a lot more manageable! With consistent use this should have my hair healthy pretty soon (I wash my hair 2x a week sometimes once a week)

I bought this long time ago. I did not like it because I was using it wrong. Woow, If you wash your hair, and apply it and live it for 20 or 30 mins , then wash it.. is so good!!! My hair is soft and very recovered. I recomend it for all types of hair, even curly.

I love this product! I use it after using my Matrix Brass Off Shampoo. I feel like it makes my hair soft and silky smooth in the shower. I leave it on for like 5 minutes. Once I rinse and dry off it makes my hair easier to brush and soft! I just wish it didn't have alcohol types.

I usually like products from loreal but this made my hair crunchy and dry. It also made my hair prone to tangling - which lead to more hair breakage than usual. The price point is great if this product works for you, but for me, it was a disappointment.

I love this hair repair and have been using it once a week for about 5 years to keep my hair looking healthy. This is like a bonus to your regualr conditioner. I purchased this based off a recommendation by one of my favorite YouTubers and figured for less that $6 why not. Let me just say you definitely get what you pay for. This made my dry ends even dryer and did absolutely nothing for softness/silkiness. When I use regular conditioner my hair feels a thousand times better than when I use this mask. The only good thing about this is the smell honestly. I won’t be repurchasing.

I screwed my healthy hair up by using too much heat on my hair mostly my bangs. Covid did some weird things to my hair including texture change and loss, so the heat around my fragile areas really did it in. I found this product at Ulta and it wasn’t available in store, so I found it at my local target. I got home and immediately washed my hair and used this, leaving it in for about 15 minutes. What a difference! It’s not 100%, but I know after I use it more it will repair itself. I’ll stay away from heat right now until it’s better. But, I am so impressed with this product that shown immediate results! And you can’t beat the price!
