These are so effective and functional and helping to relieve any engorgement or feeding pain, especially when initially starting out breastfeeding or pumping. The outer cloth can be washed and helped as a barrier against the cool packs. One thing to note is that they can sometimes take on a freezer smell, but baking soda and regular cleaning helps.

While the shape of these packs are great for their intended use they don’t keep their cold temp as long as I would have hoped. Granted the beads in the packs are meant to be comfortable they just aren’t great at keeping the cold temp. I also didn’t end up using the fabric covers at all because they tended to take away the temp faster and were too think to feel anything with them on. I ended up just using regular ice packs as an alternative during the day but used these out of convenience at night.

I loved using these. The back side of the pack was a soft fabric while the front was the plastic with the beads. The way the cells on the pack are, they are easy to shape perfectly around the breasts.

I love that these can be hot or cold. They are comfy and work pretty well. Love the covers they come with!

Do not stay cold for long

These were brilliant during my breastfeeding journey and really helped me with mastitis. Comfortable and lasted a while, very easy to use. Highly recommend

I used this to help reduce swelling from milk production and it worked really well for me. It does melt quite quick so you might need an extra pair.

These were easy to use. I wish they stayed cold longer but I had a few different kinds so I was able to use other ones when these got warm. I didn't use the sleeve that come with them, just so it would be even colder on me.

Help when I was breastfeeding/expressing when I had mastitis, the hot and cold remedy made it helpful to get rid of the pain. Strong material would be better if they came in a little bag to keep safe and clean when not being used.

For anyone suffering from mastitis; this is an absolute must have. My pain was so bad with mastitis that I could not sleep at night. I kept these in the freezer and used them each night to provide relief. It definitely helped with the pain.

Must have for breastfeeding mamas! Loved these while I was pumping to help release more milk but they were also great when I had a clogged duct. I love that you can heat them up of freeze them. They also come with a little sleeve to create a barrier between your skin and the therapy pack. I did use these on my ankles when I was in my third trimester because they swelled up so bag and they helped so much!

I can’t figure these things out. For one thing, the cover “mutes” the coolness of them (when frozen) too much so it’s not even cold…. And they just fit weird on the boobs. They also lose their coolness (when frozen) really quickly. I love the concept of these but they didn’t wow me. I find I don’t use them as much as I thought I would (like ever) and just use ice if needed.

If you are a breastfeeding mama these are a must . I love how they are round and fit the breast well. Its nice that you can freeze and warm up. I usually freeze these when i feel a clog coming up. I got them before i had my third and Hes 8 months and they are still working , def lasts

These packs provided immediate relief to my very sore breasts as a first time mom. They come in handy anytime I feel discomfort and have stayed in tact and functioning!

Love these help me with letdown don’t have to pump as long.

This was my best friend even before breast feeding. I preferred the heating option, but it provided so much relief for my boobs! 10/10 would recommend this

These gel pads were so helpful when my milk came in and I was very engorged. I love that you can freeze them for cooling relief, or heat them up!

Good product, provides some comfort to sore breasts during early breastfeeding. Keep in fridge to keep cool and use as and when needed to help soothe

These are brilliant for breastfeeding mums. When your milk first comes in and are very sore, these give some instant relief. Also brilliant for mastitis and soothes any pain at all. They are reusable so last forever! A brilliant product and I’d recommend people to buy as part of a present for new mums if you know they are planning to breastfeed ☺️

Love using them warm! Feels very nice and I feel like it helps me have a let down faster. I’ve only used these cold once when I had a clog but would 100% recommend these especially if your girls get cold easily
