It’s a pretty candle, and burns well, but if you’re looking for a blue volcano candle scent, stick with the original…this isn’t as intense or notable. Nice, but really not as dead—ringer good as reviews suggest. You get what you pay for.

Ordered ten for bridesmaids proposal boxes and almost all of them were broken, dented, or melted. Came in a box with just a piece of plastic in it - no paper wrapping or bubble wrap!

I’m really sensitive to a lot of scents - this is one of the few in store options that didn’t overwhelm me. (My kids actually picked it out lol). Gives off a nice summery scent and perfectly fills our 1 story house. Candle does “tunnel”…but not enough to annoy me haha. Would buy again.

This candle has virtually no smell, and is already "tunneling" after a couple of hours of burning. So disappointed. This is definitely a no-go for me!

Island moonlight is my favorite scent of the opalhouse candle line. It makes me very happy. Smells like wildflowers and berries on the beach! ♥️

Smells great - just like Capri Blue Volcano - but doesn’t burn all the way across and for some reason makes my eyes burn.

The candle itself smells lovely- not quite a dupe IMO, though. The throw is terrible on this. Hard to smell even when you’re in the same room.

I was motivated to write a review because I've purchased this candle-along w/other Opalhouse candles-sporadically since last year. More now this year in spring because it's a fresh, somewhat sweet scent which reminds me of springtime. It's strong enough w/o being overpowering. Unlike the negative reviewers, I can't compare it to the other candles they're mentioning because I've never bought those. I just know I like it, recommend it and will keep buying!

What happen to the dupe for Volcano candle?! I guess COVID supply chain issues messed this up too. Smells like nothing when lit or when on the warmer. Wasted my money. Dont waste yours

I bought this because I wanted a dupe of Volcano Capri. I was expecting a lot but this was not it. Barely has a scent you can smell! I placed it in my bathroom and couldn't smell a thing. I've come to the conclusion I'll buy my $32 candle because the smell can't be imitated and the beautiful flame and burn is worth it.

Great little candle. Volcano dupe for sure! Is a scent that everyone likes. I have it at my office and it is not to strong or offputting.

I have a theory: I'm convinced that this candle doesn't have better reviews because some people are choosing to try to gatekeep it due to the fact that it smells EXACTLY like Anthropologie's Capri Blue Volcano. I even had my partner close his eyes and smell them each and he wasn't able to differentiate between the two of them and one of the cashiers couldn't either--myself included. I always stock up on these and wish they also made other varieties of it. The scent fills the room it's in when burning but it's just not as much of a beast performer as Volcano is. Still worth it for the fraction of the price.
