Directions
Directions • Adults and children 6 years of age and older: • Use twice a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. • Vigorously swish 10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. • Do not swallow the rinse. • Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. • Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing) • Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. • Children under 6 years of age: consult a dentist or a doctor.Other information

I try to take care of my teeth and brush/floss twice a day . Adding a mouth rinse really takes your dental care onto another level. This mouth rinse really keeps your breath fresh.

Great flavor for kids
First of all with kids it can be hard to find a good tasting flavor they won't fight me over as im trying to instill good hygiene routines for them that will benefit their lives which as children they dont want to hear about. Listerine smart rinse bubble blast has been a life saver with that. My kids have NEVER fought me about taking it, they actually like it so much its their favorite part about our morning & night routines of dental hygiene. It's affordable and lasts us the month using it twice a day.

I really wish this mouthwash was dye free. It immediately tinted my kids teeth, we won’t be using this. The taste is great and it seems to be effective. I’m not sure why we are still using dyes, it is disappointing Listerine is such a great brand

Nice & clean teeth
I have tried SO many different mouthwashes for my boys, and they have disliked every single one of them. Until this one. I’ve fought tooth and nail ( 🦷 pun intended lol) to get my boys to use mouthwash daily. Their complaint is always that “it taste bad” or, “it leaves a gross film on my teeth”. So, one day I bought this one, and they actually use it. They use daily without arguing lol. I’m so grateful I found and bought this. The dentist has also complimented them about their dental health. I highly recommend this to parents of picky kids whom don’t want to use mouthwash daily.
